POS Diagnostic

In order to function properly, the POS requires certain features to be activated or installed in your Web browser. If your browser has failed any portion of this test, a "No" will be indicated and you will need to refer to the instructions provided in red italics to correct the problem.

ActiveX Controls ActiveX Controls not enabled: the POS requires Microsoft Internet Explorer at this time. Please download at http://www.microsoft.com/ie Frames Your Web browser might be out of date. Please download at http://www.microsoft.com/ie Java Java software needs to be installed on your computer. Please download at http://www.java.com/download JavaScript 1. Select the "Internet Options" menu item from the "Tools" menu. 2. Click on the "Security" tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up. 3. From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the internet icon. 4. Select the button near the bottom that reads "Custom Level". 5. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads "Active Scripting". 6. Select the option marked "Enable". 7. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Security Settings window. 8. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window. 9.
